Liked: The person that checked us in ignored me for about five minutes while I stood there and waited. Afterwards they were very nice and friendly, but I thought that that was a little weird that I was standing at the check-in desk for five minutes without anyone paying any attention to me, and there was no bell to ring or anything like that. I did not find the mattress comfortable at all. In fact, my hip still hurts today I thought the Corridors in the hotel we’re too warm and the room itself was also too warm to the point where I had to turn on the air conditioning, It was nice and quiet in the room, and I think it was pretty clean. The TVs were easy to figure out and the shower was nice. I appreciated the grab bar. Elevators were very fast nice free parking the breakfast was deplorable as always in this class of American hotel, it was messy and the choices were not to my liking. The coffee was good not great, the yogurt was good, but there was a mess where you got the yogurt. And I don’t think it was well attended. There were things that ran out and they weren’t refilled quickly. There’s a sign in the hotel that says that if you’re not pleased, they will refund your money, and I would really like to have my money refunded because I had many many other choices of hotels and I chose this one and I was not really happy with my choice
