Liked: The hotel was nice and clean. Our room was clean and comfortable. I love how big the room is and how nice the kitchen is in the room.
Disliked: The breakfast was awful. The eggs were overcooked and looked like they had been cooked in the same pan as the sausage. We did not get breakfast the last two days we were there because of how overcooked the food looked.

Liked: Carbs, sugar, mediocre coffee, some "egg" products. At least they had some fresh fruit.

Not satisfied

Liked: I liked the free breakfast and the pool
Disliked: Had no heater or hot water

Disliked: Breakfast was terrible and every person on the front desk wasn’t very friendly

Liked: The place is clean and very spacial . Breakfast is very good .
Disliked: Not enough towels when we stayed , when requested hotel was too busy that they don’t have enough towels to provide . No room service and cleaning staff to come clean up the room even though no disturb sign was on .

Liked: The location of the hotel made it easily accessible to many locations in Reno
Disliked: Front Desk Personal were neither professional or customer friendly.Obviously Reno citizens have never heard the saying, Dress to Impress. Front Desk gave the appearance of Pot-Heads.Mattress was horrible and bed was not stable. No room service ever showed up in the three days my wife and I stayed in the hotel. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Vent didn’t work in the bathroom. Hot Breakfast was cold. Coffee was the best part.
