Disliked: It was dirty. The staff was rude. They were unhelpful.

Liked: I’ve stayed here before, so I am familiar with the area.
Disliked: The level of noise from the bathroom fan was distracting and no one could sleep. When I reported this to the front desk, I was told it’s a known problem. Which is unacceptable.
