Liked: Hotel was as expected. Breakfast buffet was standard and ample. Room was large and clean and beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Hotel was a little underwhelming. They had shampooed the carpet in our room and it was still damp near our bed. Hotel staff were polite but stiff.

Liked: Every staff member from front desk to housekeeping very friendly and helpful. Comfortable, quiet rooms. Appreciate the ice water and tea available 24/7 in main lobby. Have stayed several times and it’s always a pleasant experience.

Liked: This is a nice property and was close to the things we wanted to do. Several places to eat fairly close by and shopping was very close by. The room was clean and very comfortable. Check in was easy and nice.
Disliked: We hosted some family for a pizza night and wanted to sit outside - you have such a nice area outside but the tables and chairs were filthy. We had to wipe tables and chairs down multiple times just to feel like they were somewhat clean. The front desk staff could see what we were doing and I thought maybe they would offer some rags that we could use. We were using wet paper towels and they were coming up black. It had been quite some time since they were cleaned.
