Liked: Staff was great
Disliked: At 3am had to call to front desk to stop people from running and with on all night.

Excellent all around

Liked: Early checkin was a must. So glad it was perfectly located
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The staff went above and beyond. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

The swimming pool is still...

Liked: I liked the air in the room and in general in the hotel. It didn’t smell anything, which is good . The room was clean and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: The heater in the swimming pool is still not working. They offered us to use their sister hotel swimming pool. It is 10 min driving away. I believe the heater was out of order for a while now, and the hotel probably decided it was ok not to do anything about it. The 406 room was noisy because of the compressor working right above it on the roof. We were offered to move to another room, which was nice. The breakfast is basic and even though we came at 8 am it was almost nothing to eat. We were explained that we have to wait until they bring more food. We had to wait for coffee, too. The next day it was the same story. The food was rather scarce, and you have to wait

Best hotel we have stayed...

Liked: Beautiful and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating. Gym was great. Unfortunately the pool heater was out, but they made arrangements for us to use the indoor pool at a sister hotel.

Perfect Thanksgiving stay at Home2...

Liked: The staff was friendly and patient with guest. The staff was attentive and ready to help. The studio queen room is spacious and perfect for family's who travel with children. The breakfast was great and the area was clean.
Disliked: I didn't like the smell of the trash cans by the elevators on the 2nd floor.

Great value

Liked: Very nice, clean and comfortable
Disliked: I booked 2 king rooms and asked for 2 extra pillows. Staff said they will provide but they forgot about it. I followed up with next front desk on duty and told us he doesn’t have the keys where pillows are stored. This never happened to me before in all the hotel stays I’ve had.
