Best hotel we have stayed...

Liked: Beautiful and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating. Gym was great. Unfortunately the pool heater was out, but they made arrangements for us to use the indoor pool at a sister hotel.

Perfect Thanksgiving stay at Home2...

Liked: The staff was friendly and patient with guest. The staff was attentive and ready to help. The studio queen room is spacious and perfect for family's who travel with children. The breakfast was great and the area was clean.
Disliked: I didn't like the smell of the trash cans by the elevators on the 2nd floor.

Liked: Very nice, clean and comfortable
Disliked: I booked 2 king rooms and asked for 2 extra pillows. Staff said they will provide but they forgot about it. I followed up with next front desk on duty and told us he doesn’t have the keys where pillows are stored. This never happened to me before in all the hotel stays I’ve had.

Would definitely stay here again...

Liked: Size of the rooms and the room amenities. It was so nice to have a couch and a kitchenette with a refrigerator and freezer. Breakfast was wonderful. We were initially placed in a standard room by staff instead of the studio suite that we actually booked online, but they quickly fixed the issue and had a studio suite available for us thank goodness! Very close to a big box store which made grocery shopping very convenient.
Disliked: No complaints
