Liked: Clean kid friendly. A the house keeper on last night was the best at help us with a puking kid an insisted on not letting us clean up he was going to do it!! He was the best an would not take a tip from us
Disliked: They closed the pool in the am to clean so we couldn’t swim before we left

Great location and comfortable room

Liked: The room structure felt like we were all together spending time as a family even if someone was at the end of the room.
Disliked: The gym wasn’t 24 hours and there was a funky smell in the pool.

Stayed here for years, but...

Liked: I've stayed at this property each time I go to Queensberry for a work trip one time a year, for the last several years. The location is great, if the rooms were clean they would be great, has a decent breakfast buffet
Disliked: The room was filthy and unsafe for my dogs. The very first night after check in I found one of my dogs chewing on a bobby pin that was evidently left in the bathroom on the floor and another one of my dogs eating a piece of chocolate that they found just under the rim of the bed. I paid extra for my dogs And would've expected the room to be clean and safe for them. Additionally I asked for a late check out (2pm) because my flight wasn't until 6 PM out of Albany and needed a safe place for the dogs… they refused, even after multiple requests and it only being an hour and a half longer than they were willing to extend. The hotel was not sold out, there was no line of people waiting to check in… They evidently don't value my annual business

Liked: Cleanliness and fresh air that was smoke free and bed was very comfortable!
Disliked: TV remote didn't work right
