Usual H2Suites

Liked: We have stayed at many H2S in various cities. This one is typical in decor and room style. The beds were super comfortable. The pool clean and great for the kids. Breakfast delicious with a variety of food options. The breakfast attendant was very nice and helpful. Close to the airport. I would recommend a stay here if in Portland or flying from PDX.
Disliked: The bathroom door would not close and stay shut. Made for a few uncomfortable moments for my teenage kids.

It was good except for...

Liked: The breakfast was wonderful. I was starving! The staff at breakfast was great. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Nice kitchen area. Pretty quiet overall. The shuttle to the airport was great. On time and he helped me with my luggage. I really appreciated that!
Disliked: I don't usually stay in a hotel anymore. I paid almost $180.00 for a night here. There was not a restaurant on site. They had some frozen meals to nuke in your room. So I bought that. I wasn't told I needed to use my key to operate the elevator. So that took up more of my time to figure that out. Not everyone knows the ins and outs of hotel technology these days. I did not like the small pillows on the King sized bed.

Terrible

Disliked: Found hair in the pillow when I check in.They didn’t offer me the invoice ， I booked 2 rooms， I spend lots of time ask my 2 rooms charge invoice ， but they send me 2 same copy with 1 room and price 0 in invoice . I paid nearly 200$ per room. What’s wrong with them . Terrible ， never recommend

Liked: Property was conveniently located near shops, restaurants and the airport. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I really don’t have anything to complain about….sometimes parking was an issue if we came back to the hotel late.

Staff was nice but we...

Liked: Room was big enough. Staff was very nice.
Disliked: Lots. The whole parking/ticket situation was a pain. We came back from our outing on Saturday night and there was not one single parking space available. People ended up double parking. The hotel staff ended up having us park on the curb at the front. Hot tub was closed. Shampoo bottle was empty. They only provided two towels for a family room that had three beds!?! There was no bedding for the pull-out so I had to get some from the front desk.

Disliked: The bathroom did not accommodate my mobility issues very well. The breakfast was not very good. Too expensive for the value.

We would not start again.

Liked: The room was spacious and well equipped. The staff were kind and tried to help when problems came about. Very close to the airport and shopping.
Disliked: When we entered our room, we were greeted with the smell of feet. Upon further inspection, we found what looked like blood on the lamp shade that sat between the beds. The shower also did not appear clean on the floor tray.
