A 5 star facility that is incredibly well designed and well serves the needs of the guests. It has to be one of the best available and at an extremely reasonable cost!

Liked: Everything was so incredible. The room was one of the best we've ever had. The staff was so cordial and helpful. The entire facility was clean and neat. It is definitely a hotel designed for the total comfort of the guests.

Liked: The hotel is located very close to local attractions... Ross Park Mall, Dave and Busters, etc. It is a short drive from Pittsburgh. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was very good. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
Disliked: The hotel permits guests to travel with their pets. I understand this is a service that many people appreciate. However, the guests in the room next to ours had a small dog that barked a good bit. I could not hear it inside our room... the walls must have muffled the sound... but anytime I stepped into the hallway, the dog sensed it and stood inside the door of their room barking. I think, if the hotel continues to allow that service to guests, it would be beneficial to place guests with pets in one area and those without in another.

Liked: Very thankful they had a full sized microwave and refrigerator, but I had to scrub them out before use as they were dirty. The cups and cooking utensils didn't look clean, but they were available with a sink, dish soap, and a dishwasher I never opened. There's a good amount of shelf space, a roll-out table and desk chair. Nice sized room & bed with a pull-out couch. Pet friendly. Staff was friendly as well.
Disliked: It wasn't clean enough. The sliding bathroom door was broken and wouldn't close all the way (track seemed crooked). Shower was too nasty to use (sticky dirt and hair in it). I had to clean all surfaces of the room with sanitizing wipes and had to clean the fridge and microwave before using them. The pool had (hopefully) dirt in it, with wads of gum laying around the pool area. Smelled strongly of marijuana at the entrance. The breakfast and coffee could have been better. The tv was too bright to fall asleep to, with no way to adjust the brightness. I paid extra for internet but it still kept losing the signal.
