The hotel was great but...

Liked: It's nice and clean. Very spacious room we had. I would have loved to enjoy our families stay. (for my daughters birthday she just wanted to stay in a hotel and I invited her couple cousins over and the front desk straight told my company they don't allow outsiders in the hotel! Ok but then why was there more activity than all day and basically a party going on in the lobby at 2am!?
Disliked: We had to call the front desk 3 times and complain about noise unfortunately, the people above us. It sounded like they were going to come through the floor (5th floor they were on we were on the 4th) until 2am ! I have a 6 and a 7 year old so this so such an inconvenience. The front desk didn't seem to even care or say one word about any of it... also checkout was stated at 11am... I had a knock on the door at 10am by two boys trying to clean the room and looked at me as I was i the inconvenience?

Everytime we come visit family,...
