The room was absolutely awesome! So roomy. Full kitchen and great service. Staff was awesome. It was right next door to many eateries and having the Reading Market across the street was great. Perfect location to walk to everything you would want. Definitely plan on going back.

Nice room once we got...

Liked: Room was nice and clean, location was great!
Disliked: We arrived at 5pm and our room was not ready. There were other people also waiting for a room as well. We were going to see a concert but had to put on makeup and get dressed in the the lobby and lobby bathroom. The staff was doing their best to keep everyone satisfied.

Disliked: Didn't know the pool was closed and specifically booked for that so it was disappointing

Would not stay here again

Liked: Great location, but overall would not stay here again. They lost power on some floors, our room was cold and we had to get ready for a competition at 5 am to be there for 6:45. They ended up letting us get ready in a different room but would not offer to move us to that room to stay. One of our family members stayed in the room and had no power till 9:30, no heat no nothing. Not once was a different room offered. We also could not use the hotel phone it had no buttons all had been removed, and we noticed mold coming from the vent int the kitchen area. We brought all our dissatisfaction to the hotel which did nothing. When speaking to a manager about all our concerns he offered us 10,000 points which isn’t even enough to stay at that hotel again. He stated the power going out wasn’t their fault and they didn’t need to offer a different room with power. Overall an awful experience.
