Liked: Liked that our room had silverware.
Disliked: Did not receive a response regarding a crib that we requested. Our room did not have a shower curtain nor shampoo. When we watched a movie, the outline of it all was purple. Breakfast did not serve eggs. Staff said there weren’t any. Also said they had a lack of inventory due to the holidays.

Liked: Highly recommend this hotel! It was very nice, clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a surprise. Good selection for breakfast. We just stayed one night passing through, but I would definitely stay here for a week or more if I was vacationing in pensacola.
