Liked: Everything inside the hotel was nice including Staff
Disliked: Hard to find because the entrance/ signage was not visible. Even food delivery had a hard time finding.

Medical testing at Baptist Hospital...

Liked: Property was very nice and quiet with a very calm and inviting atmosphere. Everything was very clean from parking lot to lobby. Check-in was very quick and Nicki at the front desk was amazing, friendly and went out of her way to insure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Room was very clean and had anything I could have needed. Anything not available, just a phone call or text away. Breakfast was very good especially the waffles.
Disliked: No complaints about the property at all. Was impressed with my stay.

Liked: The staff was very accommodating and it was very clean.
Disliked: I wish it was a little closer to my event. But you can’t please everyone. And I made the reservation in my name but my husband actually completed the checkin and payed for the room. And they would not allow him to add the points to his IHG rewards account because I reserved the room. A little disappointing.
