Very nice.

Liked: The room was big and comfortable. The bed was cozy. The bathroom was clean and spacious.
Disliked: We were not made aware that there would be a $50.00 charge for having a pet. We had stayed at other Home to Suites and they did not charge us extra for having a pet.

Very uncomfortable and disapointing.

Disliked: Well, I booked a room with a king-size bed and was given a room with a queen bed. It was not very comfortable to sleep with my wife and I.

Don't go

Liked: Didn't like anything.
Disliked: There was no towels , the stove top had to change out . First one didn't work. Ice mech was out of order, had to go to different floor for ice . Plus there where no ice bucket, the folk ,spoon, and utensils where dirty , had no pots or pans . Then I ask employee to tell me witch way to go and no body could tell me directions. Then to top that's the pool water was green. Then I had to pay to wash my clothes , other place are free wash and dry since I was resident .

This was the worst hotel...

Disliked: Our experience was the worst I’ve had at any hotel in my life.On the first night of our stay, my children turned on the TV to immediately see graphic, full nudity pornography in our hotel room.When I brought it to the attention of our hotel manager, I was told she would add points to our account and the issue would be resolved that day while we were out. She explained that the hotel TVs had recently been reprogrammed and that was likely the cause. She would follow up with a call to confirm. I offered her photos and video of what was on the TV and she was appalled.I received no call and followed up myself with the desk. I was told it was not resolved. I gave instruction again on where the channel was located in order for them to find it easily. It was within the regular channel line up just down from MSNBC and included video I had taken of not only the pornography itself but changing channels to make it easy for them to find.I followed up yet again with the desk and again was told it was not resolved. To summarize the conversation, I was asked if housekeeping had been in my room. It is disturbing that it would be suggested that housekeeping would put pornography on a guest room TV. I questioned that, but also why would it be available in the first place as a regular channel in the line up. He told me I leave if I did not like it. I replied that I would leave if I could find another room, which he replied that would be fine and he would ensure I was charged for the night.I called Hilton Honors and an escalation was filed to request a refund of our stay, due to the egregiousness of the situation, no resolution by the hotel. I shared photos and video of what was on our TV in all its obscenity. I was told that someone would follow up with me in 48 hours. No one has followed up with me. I called this evening and was told Hilton would like to apologize for the inconvenience and issue a free night stay.

Disappointing

Disliked: Had two towels for 4 people. Ran out of breakfast food. Pool hours were supposed to be until 10p but was knocked back an hour for the weekend we stayed just because of a ball tournament. Completely closed pool on the last day. Ice machines never worked.

Liked: The location was excellent
Disliked: Pool was closed for the entire 2.5 weeks we stayed. There was mold inside the shower, constant shortage of towels
