Check-in, view, and additional charges...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was nice to have. The front desk staff handled the check-in issue as well as could be expected. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: We arrived at 3:00 in hopes that we might be able to check-in early, however our room was not ready, and we were told check-in is 4:00. We were told that we could use the amenities while we waited. What we weren't told is that if we went to sit by the pool, we would not be able to get back in because we did not have guest keys, so we ended up locked outside waiting for someone to let us in. At 4:00 our room was still not ready, and there were six other parties in the lobby whose rooms were not ready. At 5:00 our room was still not ready, finally, at 5:30 our room was ready. Our room was supposed to have a partial ocean view, and our only view was of a bucket loader outside our room. I also found it ridiculous that wi-fi access was an additional charge, and that there was also a $15/day charge for parking our car.

Liked: loved the room clean and comfy. pool was nice it was tad cold there when we were there so only used once beach is beautiful. Nice decks. would stay again
