Liked: Great location. Close to Disney. Clean everywhere. Staff lovely.shout out to Raymond who helped us with a tyre puncture. Pool was lovely. Food at poolside bar was good and reasonable prices
Disliked: Breakfast was ok but the same every day.

Disliked: We were a family of 4: parents and 2 children( 16 and 17)We arrived early and they graciously stored our luggage. We returned around 7 pm and were given the key to our roomUpon entering the room, only the bed was made and the couch bed was still a couch. It wasn’t pulled out or madeWe had to call office to see if someone could make the bed and was told no they don’t do that mThen we needed to open the couch bed and call again to see where the sheets and pillows were. That was the only negative. Just disappointed that the reservation had a family of 4 w 2 teenagers and that they didn’t bother making the other bed for the kids

Disliked: Employee didn’t realize my family spoke Spanish and was talking negatively about me after asking a question regarding parking

Liked: The rooms were amazingly spacious and the view on the fireworks were the dream.
Disliked: The fact that breakfast close at nine and without any concern for customers there. Also I found a sharp bathroom tile piece under my foot on the bathroom floor. Unless what I’ve been told I had no feedback. Also, besides what was announced my parking fees weren’t waived as a compensation.
