Liked: This is the second year in a row that we’ve stayed at this location during the holidays and we absolutely love it! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I have a 7yr old Siberian Husky that cannot climb stairs or do elevators and they were gracious enough to make sure we got a floor level room. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable for my family and I. We will definitely be staying here again!

A perfect comfortable stay. would...

Liked: It was a perfect stay - so comfortable and everything you needed. Fantastic location and close to Disney Parks. Shuttle to the parks an added bonus.
Disliked: Breakfast could have a system as it could be a bit chaotic at times but still wonderful

First experience, forever considered

Liked: I like the helpfulness of the staff, the timeliness of the cleaning staff (I like the every other day thing), the breakfast, and the spaciousness of our room!
Disliked: Since my feet hurt from the parks, I missed having a hot tub/heated bathtub to soak them in

Disliked: The pillows were awful, very flat but everything else in the room was great
