Better than expected. I was...

Liked: I have never stayed at one of these hotels before. It went above and beyond my expectations
Disliked: There was not anything I didn't like

Very good

Liked: Location was really good as we needed it to be as close as possible to the Kia Center. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast options were very limited.

Disappointing

Liked: Clean, friendly staff
Disliked: They started working, possibly remodeling, I’m guessing in the room next door or above, very early Saturday morning. Not a very pleasant experience to wake up to especially when your spouse suffers from PTSD.

I’ll never come back or...

Liked: Worst reheated breakfast served daily.
Disliked: I dint like anything specially reheated and serving same breakfast everyday. Worst stay ever. Room not cleaned everyday.

Liked: Everything was great with the facility, the staff was awesome.
Disliked: The valet and parking needed some improvement. I waited 50 mins for my vehicle. The staffing did their best but there's always room for improvement.

Nice hotel

Liked: Breakfast was just okay, it ended earlier than we expected.Room was clean and comfortable!
Disliked: The valet system was awkward, we had to wait quite a while to get our car at check out. I had put in for two queens and we ended up with a king instead.

Liked: I Will do a rating according to my stay at the Hyatt place. The lobby is pretty nice. And the employees very very nice. However I was totally disappointed when I entered the room the kitchen was nice as well as the bathroom. However the room we thought we were at a motel 6. Although the bed was comfortable. With our rate it was included breakfast. It was pretty bad. The waffle machine did not work or is old the waffle got stuck on the top and the bottom. So we had to extractedWith a fork tried it twice same thing. As business people we suggest don’t waist your money becaise you’ll end up with more negative opinion of your facility if you offer mediocrity. We went ahead and tried breakfast downstairs the buffet was even worse than the one in the 2nd floor. We will try the Hyatt orlando since the one in downtown Tampa was pretty satisfactory including the free breakfast. Check it out! For your own benefit.

Great location and room but...

Liked: Location was great for reaching the bars and venues around Lake Enola. These were all a short walk away and it's super central for getting an uber north or south to reach specific shops and museums. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel had easy access to tea and coffee included at breakfast time. Reception staff were super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast options weren't clearly labelled, and allergens weren't really considered for clear labelling either. I couldn't figure out how anyone could use the waffle makers with how the batter was stored, and staff at breakfast time seemed less than enthused to be helpful when asked questions basic questions such as the location of butter never mind something more complicated like allergens and ingredient lists. Cross-contamination risks were so high that they weren't even worth considering.
