Liked: Accommodating. Nice shower
Disliked: Room was clean but musty. Sheets had holes. Carpet was stained.. Mattresses were comfortable but unsightly. Too many issues to mention.

Disappointed is an understatement

Disliked: I arrived to the hotel after a 6hr drive only to find out I did not have a room. I was informed that they did not have any rooms to accommodate me and my family and they were unable to contact me. I was not offered any help finding accommodations or offered any suggestions or solutions. I even had to verify that I would not be penalized for their mistake.It was basically a tough luck situation with no sympathy kind gesture or words

Liked: I loved the location and the room layout was great. The staff were absolutely precious when I was able to finally find them at the front desk.
Disliked: I had the worst time trying to talk to someone at the front desk. I never ever have to interact with staff when I go anywhere. I truly make it my mission to lay low and be an easy guest. When we arrived, there was no toilet paper. So I stopped at the front desk on the way out to go out to eat. I was just gonna grab a roll while I was down there. The sweet lady just started the day before and didn’t know where it was kept and couldn’t find housekeeping to ask. I politely said I’ll bring in some Kleenex from the car and use that for the time being she promised to leave a message for housekeeping to bring me some first thing in the morning. We left early for a volleyball tournament the next morning. I figured whether they got the message or not that they would leave some when they come through for regular housekeeping. Nope. So I called the front desk numerous times as well as housekeeping and never got an answer. Toilet paper is kind of a big deal. Just saying. Reluctantly I went downstairs (twice) to get some from the front desk but I could t find a soul down there. This was all before 6 pm. Needless to say I had to go to Walmart and buy some TP for my daughter and I just to get through the weekend. On top of everything else, there was zero shampoo, no soap (just face wash) and the shower only came on barely because the faucet of the tub was spraying and shooting everywhere. Needless to say, the room had a neat setup and the location was close to the volleyball facility for 3 days. It was close to Walmart. Thank goodness. I never ever complain, but these were issues that most definitely needed to be made known.
