Liked: Great location off interstate while traveling cross country. Breakfast and cleanliness. Spacious room . Amazing beds!
Disliked: Parking lots are dark

Liked: We really liked the configuration of the room and the added table for eating. The room was laid out well, was very comfortable and spacious. Good job on this design.
Disliked: The beds could be a little softer but I like a very soft bed.

The staff made this stay...

Liked: The best part of my stay was definitely the staff! My elderly aunt doesn’t get out much and met on location…6 hours early!!I was concerned about her being there so long before me, as she is a little eccentric, but the staff took her in and made her comfortable until I arrived. They treated her as though she were their own family! On arrival I found a happy and excited auntie that has been treated like a Queen!I’ll NEVER go anywhere else! Thank you all so much for making this a trip she’ll always remember!As for the room, the refrigerator was full sized and had glass dishes, drinking cups and coffee cups along with real silverware! AND a dishwasher to put them in!Absolutely a wonderful room!Housekeeping was quiet and courteous and provided anything we needed when we asked.My aunt couldn’t seem to get the card keys to work and the staff happily replaced them every time she went to them… lol which was daily if not twice a day (sorry about that).I travel extensively and have stayed a lot of places. Liked: Full size refrigerator and freezer was nice to have. Large room.
Disliked: The room smelled like a wet dog. The couch in the room was shredded on the sides by visiting animals. The hotel is very dated, not up to Hilton standards.
