Hotel was quiet, clean, funtional...

Liked: The Staff greeted us as we walked in the door and were very accommodating. The rooms were clean and i loved having the little kitchen in the room - that was a huge bonus for me. I was having surgery across the way .
Disliked: everything was great about the room

Liked: Wonderful hotel with fantastic service. This was our second stay. The check in staff was incredible. We had some extended delays getting to our hotel. It was easy to contact the hotel on our arrival (several times) and they maintained our room for us. It was a great relief not to loose our room! The room was very clean and well appointed. Thank you!
Disliked: It appears the pricing when up. I love this hotel and location but may need for find something a little more budget friendly, especially since our next visit to the area will be over a week long.

Liked: The person I booked the room for was very unhappy with cleanliness and the lack of working amenities in the room. We moved her to a different hotel after one night.
Disliked: Many thinking the room were not working, dirty or missing.
