Liked: The area was convenient for our needs.
Disliked: We were there for 4 days before we had to ask to get our room cleaned. Had to ask for towels, a clean iron and pillow cover for the pillow. Our keys wouldn't work the first 4 days and the very rude young lady at the desk kept telling me we were putting the keys too close to our phone! I asked for a manager twice and never did speak to one. He never attempted to contact me. The battery on the door was changed and that was the issue. It was not ideal or dealt with in a very professional way at all. Disappointing. Additionally the young man at the front desk witnesses us trying to take care of the problem and tried his best. He added points on our membership, but we have not seen them.

It was enjoyable.

Liked: Breakfast was typical of most Hotel Breakfasts.. I like the way the room was arranged.
Disliked: A slightly lower cost?

We would definitely stay there...

Liked: Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Even had full size refrigerator. Bed was comfortable too.

Poor

Liked: My room was to be cleaned every other day but was only cleaned once in seven days. When I talked to the front desk they said they were sorry only nothing improved.
