Liked: I was very pleased with this hotel very clean super staff if I had only one suggestion I wish I knew the up front cost for pets as I understand some may make a mess I would have liked someone to check my room and see that another charge was not necessary I walk and keep my dogs under control and respect property even after the great bags you provide some people leave there mess without taking proper care of it they should pay the extra fee not responsible people but I understand it.

Liked: The location was perfect. Close to everything. The pool had my kids entertained for hours which was great. I also loved the size of the fridge and how homey the room felt! One of the cutest things was when we went in the lobby and found a hot chocolate bar and fresh cookies sitting out to be had. They kept it stocked which was also great because I feel like things like that can go fast and then some kids get dissapointed. Everytime I walked by, even hours in-between, their was plenty!
Disliked: The pillows were too soft/thin and the breakfast wasn't very good. The pool also had quite a bit of bleach which stung my families eyes a little but I'm not sure they could do much about that. Im assuming it was to keep everyone healthy.

Liked: rooms were very spacious and sound proof which is good if your with kids.
Disliked: bathroom sink and shower could have been a little more clean. there was a lot of old pink soap scum and bacteria under the lip of the bathroom sink and the corners of the shower.
