Disliked: I want to bring to your attention the issues we encountered during our recent stay. Firstly, we were quoted one price but charged a different amount. Additionally, we were billed for two rooms instead of one, and after bring that to their attention we were charged for two nights despite our email reservation clearly stating one night. The staff member we interacted with was extremely rude and disrespectful. One staff member even told us that the owner called and told the young man to charge everyone at a much higher price. In the end paid almost $500 because of their mistake. Never again will we stay nor advice any hockey families to stay here!
