Perfect hotel in a perfect...

Liked: Central position but not noisy Bedroom had many facilities. Eg fridge, microwave Comfortable bedNice bathroom
Disliked: Sometimes had a bit of a wait for a lift, mainly towards the end of the breakfast time. No other issues at all

Disliked: AC didn’t work, elevators took 15 minutes each time we tried to get on. Breakfast was horrible. Staff wasn’t very helpful, except for the people holding your bags until room is ready.

Liked: Location was perfect. 100 meters from Times square and close to subway stations.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't good. Very limited choice in food items. For this price I really had expected more. Not enough places to sit. Already in the 'green' zone people are waiting for a free table to sit.Not enough elevators, especially for the lower floors. When the elevator arrives it's already full, and so is the next.The hotel is under staffed, we could checkin on line and select a room, for the view we selected the highest floor possible.. When we arived at the hotel the room wasn't cleaned, so they asked us to get back 45 minutes later. When we did that the room still wasn't ready and the front desk admitted that they where nderstaffed. Waited another 30 minutes and then settleled for a different room.

Disliked: Limited breakfast options got repetitive after a couple of days

Liked: the breakfast was good. great that you could have your luggage stored on checkout
Disliked: the 4 or 5 elevators were too busy

Disliked: The room is tiny and the extra third bed is disgracefully uncomfortable, short, and bulky.
