Liked: Room- great size for our party of guests. Quiet apart from the air con which was very loud and we didn't leave on overnight. Breakfast- it got you set up fpr the day. The variety was very good. Location- we thought the location was excellent. Only a couple of metro stops from Manhattan without the high prices.
Disliked: The loud air con unit- as aboveThe shower screen was dislodgedThe bathroom screen door didn't shut properly (room 219)No USB sockets in the roomVery annoyed we had to pay to leave our luggage on the day of departure. This is the first time we have been charged for hospitality and we have travelled many cities where this was included. (hence the lower review rating)

Superb

Liked: Room was big and clean, beds were very comfortable and stuff was very helpful. Wifi was working great and personally i really liked breakfast options. Gym and laundry was also very nice.
Disliked: The AC in my room was blowing straight into one of the beds, and it was not possible to use any type of "night mode", so sleeping with AC on was impossible.

Good

Liked: The location is convenient, the facilities are great, and the room is perfect for families with kids.
Disliked: Pricing feels too high for what it offers.

Liked: Room was spacious and quiet, very well equipped into many details.Breakfests better than usual in US.
Disliked: wifi 10 Mbit during the days, in the evenings overloaded 250 - 500 kbit

I’m excited to come back...

Liked: I recently spent over 11 days at the Home2 Suites by Hilton in Queens with my family, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel is conveniently located close to transportation, making it easy to get to Manhattan and Times Square.
Disliked: The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, which made our long stay enjoyable. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service from all the staff members. They were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. A special shoutout to Brayan, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect!

Good value not far from...

Liked: The room was pretty clean the staf was extremely friendly and the location of the property was great for transportation into the city with two subway stops within short walkin distance.
Disliked: The bathroom was a bit dirty but everything else was in great shape. The parking lot was a bit cramped.
