Disliked: I think $45 is a bit pricy for parking on the website I cannot remember it saying anything about paying to park also they must’ve been short of help in the cleaning department. We were an hour later getting our room. we sat in the lobby waiting.

Need better front desk employees

Liked: It’s was ok for the price.
Disliked: I didn’t like the guys on the front desk he was trying to charge me twice for my stay. I did told him 3 times my reservation was pay in full through booking but he still claiming my card was declined when I had the confirmation number and everything. He start taking care of the situation when my husband walked into the reception and ask him why he was charging us again when it was already paid. He just apologized but still whit his attitude.
