Poor

Disliked: Could not take a shower because we didn’t have any hot water. We came back Saturday afternoon and are door was left open from house keeping. They charge you $45 a day for parking

Disliked: Air conditioner made an awful noise. Construction work started very early and was very loud.

Great value, would still recommend.

Liked: We liked the kitchen area and the kitchen stuff provided.
Disliked: Our bathroom sink handle came off and the toilet clogged easily. We had to wait hours with no toilet and to get our handle fixed. Also, being a hilton honors member wasn't acknowledged or made any difference

Liked: Breakfast was fantastic. Location was great. Several options for food around. Close to Vanderbilt if you’re coming in town for a procedure and close to broadway if you’re coming to have fun.
