Thank you for a great...

Liked: The location, the amenities and staff, specifically Yolanda. She went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful!
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was the room location. It was right by the elevator and ice machine, so very noisy. We could’ve changed rooms, but were only there for 2 nights and didn’t mention it to the front desk til the day of, so if we had stayed longer then it was nice knowing that was option.

Liked: Fairly good location , clean and very comfortable room
Disliked: On booking.com it said private parking and approx $20 It is actually a multi storey car park adjacent and $45 so we felt misled and a bit ripped off

Lack of sleep in uncomfortable...

Liked: Clean, good complementary breakfast, friendly staff.
Disliked: I didn't sleep for the two nights there because the bed was old, lumpy and squeaked with every slight move. I asked for a rollaway bed and we were able to barely squeeze it the only place it would fit in between the two beds.This bed also was lumpy and I felt springs in it all night. Please have a manager rotate around and try out these beds to assure they provide some comfort for the guests.
