Liked: We were in town for my sister's surgery at Vanderbilt. I was concerned that the hotel would not be clean enough post surgery because we had to stay in a digital day and a half after my sister was discharged. But the entire State our room was playing with the facilities were clean, and we even got extra towels washcloths and pillows when we asked for them. The hotel staff is very nice. The only glitch that happened was during our second night, we got locked out of the hotel room because the key card machine glitched. We were standing outside of our room for upwards 30 minutes while they tried to figure it out but still everyone was nice.

Liked: The hotel was very modern and clean. Our one bedroom suite was huge! Breakfast area had a nice indoor and outdoor area. It's also next door to a great coffee shop (Dose). Parking was extra, but very convenient. Will definitely stay here again!

Disliked: Pillows are flat. Construction across the street during he night kept waking us. Paid parking made unaffordable. Move to another Home2 Suite that was 1/3 cheaper considering parking.
