Liked: Was there for husbands 60th birthday. Went to Grand Ole Opry and downtown. Had a wonderful time!

Nashville stay

Liked: The accommodation is clean, fresh & comfortable. The breakfast is good. The staff were all good but not very engaging.
Disliked: The location is not walking distance to anything. The shuttle is available, but really, you need to Uber if you want to stay later in Nashville. I think downtown in the title of the hotel should not be used as it is way out of town. I don't think you should have to pay to park when you are paying $300 a night to stay outside the city.We were not told that cleaning does not take place over the weekend...no new towels etc.Please also check your credit cards as they took the payment twice....once on check in & once on check out....only on pending but it could make a difference to some people as your available credit goes down until it is removed from pending!

Liked: Staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel were super clean. Shuttle service was great to Broadway.
Disliked: Paying for parking, and wish the shuttle ran longer than 10 pm.
