Liked: Breakfast, location, size of the room and new furniture. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Liked: Loved the fragrance and cleanliness of the building. Location was great and the games in the lobby were a nice addition.
Disliked: Didn’t like the squeeze tubes for the hair soap in the shower.

Liked: Close to downtown. Clean and updated. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: The parking area was a little tight to get around in with other cars in opposite lane. The elevator we got into, didn’t have directions on how to get to the floors but luckily a staff member got on and assisted us.

PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY...
Liked: It was very comfortable and the staff was accommodating. Close to downtown and Broadway.
Disliked: First night we got to town the system crashed. We got no keys to our room. Each time weNeeded to leave the room to get luggage etc. Each time we had to go back and get someone from the staff to take us back to the room to gain entry with a master key. This went on for a full day. Each time we left the room we had to wait in line at the front desk to gain entry to our room. This was a royal PIA and put a damper on the trip. There has been no attempt by Hilton to make any attempt to compensate us for this inconvenience. Having worked for a service company for well over 30 yrs I understand the importance of a satisfied customer, which I am not and at each opportunity I have made my position very clear. I guess Hilton does not appreciate my business. I’m ok with that because I can take my business elsewhere and will exercise that right.
