Liked: Very impressed with the in room amenities. Great location, easy to get anywhere in Mt Pleasant. The staff was amazing
Disliked: Pillows weren’t the comfiest. Some of the hand towels had leftover make up on them.

Liked: Perfectly reasonable for this style hotel
Disliked: Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Desk said it was a false alarm and happened regularly. That’s not a reasonable way to run a property!

I enjoyed the hotel and...

Liked: I enjoyed the location because it was conveniently close to everything but not as busy as downtown Charleston. Walgreens was directly in front so we were able to grab anything we needed quickly. I enjoyed the trail around the pond as well as the dog park right outside the front doors. We left our 3 dogs at home so I was missing them terribly. The dog park filled a space for us while we were out of town.The room was clean and it was a fairly quiet hotel. The suite was awesome with the kitchenette area.
Disliked: I’m not sure why but the fire alarm kept going off random hours, multiple times on different days. No one informed us if it was a legitimate/false alarm any of the times it went off. I almost had to go out in a towel mid-shower with shampoo and all, but luckily a neighboring room said it was a false alarm. A notification of a false alarm or alarm maintenance should’ve been given to avoid panic, especially since it’s a pet-friendly facility. The pillows need an upgrade. I liked the fact that they were king size but they were so flat we ended up folding them in half.
