Liked: From the moment we came through the doors the staff were exceptional. The room was fantastic. When my reservations were made I was not in a wheelchair. The clerk who checked us in automatically gave me a handicap accessible room. From beginning to end there was no complaints.
Disliked: Everything was excellent. I have not complaints.

Recommend this hotel.

It’s not terrible but could...

Liked: Staff is absolutely amazing! So kind and helpful. Cole (I believe his name was) was a an absolute dream to help me all evening.
Disliked: Place was not as clean as I would like. It was not filthy but the floors themselves felt gunky and the shower needed some love. The top sheet was SUPER itchy but of course that can be removed. The TV had some strange discoloration on just one side of the tv so half of it looked normal then the other half looked like a blue tone. Breakfast was sufficient but the sausage biscuit sandwiches my husband got were cold in the middle and there was no way to heat them up so he just didn’t eat.

Disliked: Handicap room was All the Way down at the very end of the hallway. Very difficult for a handicap person to walk to.
