Disappointing

Liked: The location.
Disliked: One washer machine out o service, there were only two, one waffle maker out of service, there were only two and every morning the line was 15 to 20 minutes. When we checked out we realized we left a mirror with lights (like an iPad size) and immediately called and talk to someone at reception, they said they where going to look for it and called me back,they never called, I called them 3 days later, they didn’t know what I was talking about, I explained all again, they said they were going to look for it and call me back, two days later they called me and said they didn’t find it. I had to buy it again because I was traveling and I needed it, but the way they didn’t care was what got me. Very disappointed, not coming back, ever.

Liked: The breakfast is so good.
Disliked: The elevators always are full and you have to use stairs.The highway is so close and you earn cars all day and night.

A bit soul-less but a...

Liked: Easy to get to from Miami airport, quiet neighbourhood, near plenty of shops for food etc. Good having a small kitchen. Staff were very helpful. Nice little swimming pool and fitness room. Laundry facilities, lots of car parking. Close to the Everglades cruise port (30 mins drive). The reception and other staff were always delightful.
Disliked: Beds were too soft for my taste. Breakfast had few healthy options except porridge and reasonable coffee (latter provided all day). Would be much more useful if the kitchen had a gas or electric hob and more and wider variety of cutlery.
