Liked: The breakfast was ok. The decor was nice in the lobby
Disliked: The parking was terrible. No place to park so you are forced to pay $47 a night for valet service which is ridiculous. The price of snacks and drinks was unreal expensive. The website advertised a swimming pool. There was not one. I didn't see one staff member smile. There was no soap in the room for a shower.

Liked: The location was great, staff was friendly and helpful especially the kitchen manager George. He was wonderful! The room was spacious and very comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The room was clean and a good size. Had a good kitchen.
Disliked: We were greeted very poorly when we arrived. She was not friendly or welcoming and didn't smile. The sofa bed was not made up which is OK. But there were no sheets for the bed. So we had to call and wait for sheets and then make the bed. We got a phone call late at night and they hung up. Got a wake up call very early in the morning. We did not request a wake up call. Didn't like have to pay $100 deposit.

Disliked: The bed was not like a typical cushiony hotel bed but it was ok and clean. The tv wasn't working so someone came to fix it. Then the elevator wasn't working and we were on the 8th floor. It was fine, just not what I expected since I've stayed in other Home 2 Suites hotels
