The person who answered the...

Disliked: Person who answered the phone at hotel told me the info on my app was not enough to verify i had booked a reservation. I ended up having to find another hotel that same night. Never stayed there no help what so ever was provided by person on the phone. I called Booking.com and the person on the phone tried getting in touch with the reception as well and they would not answer the phone. I was also told he would be calling me back if he could not get in touch with them and find me other accommodations for the night. He never did i ended up having to call hotels on my own and finally got to book the night.
