Liked: The property is clean! Smells nice everytime I walk in the door!

Liked the Hotel but transportation...

Liked: Very good location. No issues with the breakfast.
Disliked: Hotel transportation from airport to hotel. I arrived in Miami at 2:30pm. Call the hotel for a shuttle & was told pickup time would be 3:00pm. I had to call the hotel again at 3:30pm to check on the shuttle. If no call back, I would not have been picked up. Total time 1:30 minutes for shuttle. Unacceptable. When I arrive at the hotel, the very polite counter gentleman helps to schedule a ride to the cruise port at $15 per person. Schedule pickup time was 10:15am. We checkout at 10:10am to find out my scheduled shuttle was loaded with other customers. Wow! The staff had to call a taxi you charge me $45. $15 difference from what was schedule, but the driver was very nice. So, my transportation experience is what would lower my hotel experience. Exceptional

Liked: We needed a hotel for a night before our flight. The hotel is 15 minutes from the airport. The room was very big. The staff was very nice, especially the guy that worked at the breakfast, a sunshine in the morning !
Disliked: Everything was great.
