IT WASN'T A BAD STAY

Liked: The breakfast wasn't what I expected
Disliked: THE HASH BROWNS HAD ONIONS IN IT WHICH I DID NOT LIKE

Liked: The property was in a decent location. Included breakfast was good with plenty of options. The front desk staff, Ula, when we checked in was probably the best and most kind, dedicated to guest comfort hotel staffers I’ve ever had dealings with. She called and followed up, made sure there was plenty of towels for use, and went above and beyond even what I could imagine to provide our larger group with the most comfort away from home.
Disliked: Unfortunately there was an extremely large group of families there with lots of children and no concept of others wanting to use the pool facilities. The pool area/pool itself were extremely filthy. Dirty, exploded diaper material in and out of the pool area. The poor front desk woman could hardly keep up getting more and more towels for them and mopping up the lobby floor because the guests kept leaving the pool area soaking wet! The same guests were the loudest people I’ve ever encountered in a hotel setting. This is mostly out of control of the property but it put a damper on our travel stay as our children didn’t even end up using the pool and we’re pretty disappointed.

Liked: Hotel is pretty new, so the room and amenities, such as gym, were good.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better. Also, so stove top in the room; the skillet and portable stove they offer at front desk is in very bad shape, I would not count on it for cooking.
