Not a good home2

Liked: Shower was either scalding hot or ice cold, no in between. Toilet had a hard time flushing just toilet paper. Barely any channels on the TV to watch and it wasn't a smart TV like our stay near Columbus. Heater was barely working and kept dropping the temperature down to 68 in 20 degrees weather. Hotel was PACKED and noisy guests everywhere. So many teenagers running around wreaking havok and being rowdy in the pool. My kids couldn't even swim! The pool water was cloudy and did not look clean. The room had a comfortable bed.

Very comfortable and easy access...

Liked: I loved the people working; they were all friendly and easy to talk to. When I asked for a meat substitute the chef was nice enough to let me know that they did have alternatives for me to eat from.
Disliked: I didn't like that I needed to print something, yet both the computer and printer were down. I also didn't like that the pool was closed by the time I went upstairs and dropped off my things. I kinda wish that after a certain time only adults are allowed in the pool so we have more time than just 9 pm.
