Disliked: Asking for room service and not getting it until I asked the next day. Even though our room was right on the list for Tuesday before

Liked: being close to my mother in laws assisted living facility was one reason we chose this hotel. Another is the basic home and office that is a must with both of us working from home.
Disliked: went to eat our leftovers and there were no plates or silverware to use. called down to the front and the lady tells me that others have complained about that. she did bring us plates and silverware. just odd that they've received complaints and the housekeepers didn't do an inventory of each room they cleaned.
