Liked: Great location for shopping. Clean and the rooms were spacious. Good breakfast!
Disliked: I requested double beds for one room and did not get it when I arrived to the property nor did they try to accommodate my request!!

Liked: convenient to where I was visiting. convenient location for madison. easy to get to
Disliked: there was no lamp shade on the right hand, looking at bed, lamp. I mentioned it to three different people from the minute we got in the room and noticed it was missing. got a lot of lip service and never saw a lamp shade.the three bottles in the shower were empty and again mentioned it to the front desk and eventually saw the housekeeper and mentioned it to her and she exchanged, but not sure if she exchanged all three, by then i didn't care.the bathroom towel racks were dusty, even after housekeeping came in. did mention to her about the lampshade and she said she'd get with maintenance, just like the others told me.very disappointing as we've stayed there before and like the way the rooms are set up. and now not sure i'll even book there again. used to be a great place to stay, now, eh.
