Liked: It was clean; the rooms were very space friendly, convenient and clean. The services were great and staff polite. Breakfast was really good as well. I will definitely be recommending.
Disliked: Nothing I can think of.

The room was comfortable and for the price, I probably got what I should have expected. Loud bass music woke us up earlier than we wanted to be woken up and the hotel was not in what I would consider a safe neighborhood. I was not comfortable walking downtown in the area the hotel was in at all.
Liked: Bed was comfortable and it was good to have a kitchenette.
Disliked: Loud; not a great neighborhood to walk around in.

Disliked: This hotel is beaten up. The sink backed up, the shower dripped, and the blanket was uncomfortable. In the entryway to my room, the drywall was clearly sagging. There was a towel in the bathtub to catch the dip water, presumably to deaden the noise. One doesn't expect to have such makeshift "solutions" in a hotel of the Hilton name. I understand that it is a great location, but I would have paid more for a well maintained hotel. You need a maintenance crew to go in there and FIX THINGAS!

Disliked: During my recent stay, I was quite disappointed with the overall cleanliness and service. My room was not as clean as it should have been—there were hairs in the bathtub, the desk chair was filthy and smelled terrible, and I even found cobwebs on the glasses and utensils incompleted. I reported a safety concern about the internet box hanging from the wall, especially as I was traveling with kids, but it was never addressed. The hallways were also poorly lit, adding to an uncomfortable atmosphere.As a Hilton Honors member, I was expecting the usual warm welcome, but I didn't receive the member welcome bag, and the staff lacked the friendliness I’ve come to expect from Hilton properties. The parking situation was also concerning. Although there’s a fee for parking, the lot is open and easily accessible to anyone, which didn't feel secure.I frequently stay at Hilton hotels and have always had positive experiences. However, this was my worst experience so far, a far cry from the genuine Hilton experience I had at the Home2 Suites in Shepherdsville, which is in the same area. This stay did not meet the high standards I've come to expect from the Hilton brand.
