Liked: maid service was disappointing but everything else was great.

Pretty good overall except for...

Liked: Room cleaning and non-toxic chemicals used was exceptional.
Disliked: Toxic unneeded fragrances in hallway was less than ideal.Breakfast foods were completely inedible with low nutritional value. Would not even classify it as food, sorry to say.Charging extra for parking with a near empty parking lot in a non-metro area is pretty ridiculous. If this is going to be your policy just build it into your room rate so the customer doesn't feel nickel and dimed to death.

Disliked: True experience: Got there to check in the desk clerk directed me to the ladies room. came back very friendly checked in went to the room on January 8th 2025 around 3 P.M.On January 9th went to have coffee and little to eat. The lady that takes care of the breakfast very friendly. I said hi and have a nice day to your FD person not so greeting went to my room. On January 10th went to have coffee and little to eat. ate in the dinning area.not once did the FD person, look, knowledge me. headed to the room to get ready and leave. Two young men came out of elevator around me pretty fast the door was closing put my foot in the door to keep it open no success. the door hung on to my shoe and I went down hard like a rag doll hitting the floor with my body and head . One of the young men said towards the FD I think she fell do we call an ambulance and walked away. Got my marbles together got up told the FD person I fell and spilled coffee on the floor He looked at me and said okay.That was around 7:45 - 8 A.M. went back to the room, came down and checked out the FD person said no more then 3 words to me. I lived in Longmont over 30 years this time coming back I was very shameful and disappointedNo Concern, No Customers Service, Can't even Smile No Acknowledgement (Sad)If you have any concern about my well being please fill freeThe room was very nice and comfortable, the maids were very niceSo So Sad about customer service and a lending hand

The hotel was comfortable, clean...

Liked: We don't eat breakfast, although it looked good. The coffee was good, too. The hotel was in the perfect location for us. Staff was great, and the rooms were clean. We were there to see family, so we didn't spend much time in the room. We liked having a refrigerator and microwave. We wished there were another chair so we could both do some work at the table in the morning, but that wasn't a big deal.
