Nice spacious room for three...

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Location of the property was excellent.
Disliked: Didn’t expect to pay parking at the hotel. A little pricey compared to surrounding properties.

Disliked: This was an overall terrible experience. Kamlesh, who worked the front desk quite a bit during our stay, had a terrible attitude from the beginning. I called before we ever checked in just to ask what time the pool stayed up until. His immediate response was to get an attitude and yell at me that the pool was closed. I misunderstood him and thought that he meant closed for the evening so I politely asked what time it would open the next day and how late did it stay open. This sent him over the edge and he started lecturing me about how the pool isn't open at all. He ended up hanging up on me. If we could have gotten a refund and gone somewhere else at that point we would have. Upon arrival, we were told we'd need to pay for parking even though the google overview for this particular location said it was free. The gentleman ahead of us was also speaking to Kamlesh about this and Kamlesh was incredibly rude to him a well. Every morning the breakfast bar was out of multiple things. They had no orange juice or apple juice any of the 4 days we were there. They also ran out of waffles the first day we were there which was very disappointing for our 9 and 7 year olds since that was all they cared about. They also had no cream cheese for the bagels which is all I cared for. They had no hot chocolate the entire stay. We aren't coffee drinkers so that was also disappointing. The wifi was terrible and didn't work for us almost at all. Intermittently we would got a signal but for the most part it wasn't working. We also killed two roaches in our room.

Disliked: I didn't like the breakfast could have been a lot better. I also didn't like the fact they we had to pay for parking and it wasn't on the hotel site I never paid for a hotel room and had to pay for parking. If I paid for the room I should be able to park for free because I paid for the room. Also it should have been on the site because if I would have seen that I had to pay for parking on top of paying for my stay then I would have found another hotel. So maybe that was the reason why it wasn't mentioned on the site so people won't scroll pass this hotel.

Liked: Our stay at the hotel was brief but it was very pleasant. The staff was very pleasant and professional. They gave us a room upgrade, complementary snacks, and more. We initially faced an issue with the bedroom lights being off but that was quickly resolved. The room was immaculately clean. It provided us well needed privacy for an intimate anniversary celebration, that was topped off by a wonderful view of the sunrise. Breakfast was great! I loved the fact that we were able to make our own waffles. It did cause a short line but that did not damper the mood of anyone.
Disliked: The lights being off in the bedroom. Apparently, no one had caught it. However, it was just a minor inconvenience.

Disliked: Pillows and sheets could be higher grade, ie down feather pillows and 100% cotton sheets.
