Pretty much a disaster.

Disliked: The security around the hotel - in the parking area - is a joke. Our car - and 6 or 7 other vehicles were broken into overnight. The hotel had no security staff on duty for the parking area even though the same area had been hit the week before when a series of other cars were vandalized. Hotel staff were unhelpful in assisting us with contacting the police or dealing with clean up and repairs of broken windows. Each of the car owners (all hotel guests) were left to fend for themselves. No hotel staff person even came out to the parking are to see what assistance was needed. Oh, and earlier the same the night of the break in, the hotel fire alarms went off at around 10pm due to someone cooking in their room. And the entire hotel had to evacuate. Overall it was pretty much a really bad stay! At the very least, this hotel needs to have security personnel patrolling the parking area around the clock. The situation was wholly unacceptable for a Hilton property.
