Liked: I love the location, the room size. I've stayed at the hotel a few times well.
Disliked: This time I went, the microwave wasn't working. I realized the outlet was bad, so to heat up food, I'll have to go downstairs. I was able to take the microwave out of the cubby and place it on the counter, cause the other outlet worked. I did not receive room service on the first morning. I spoke to staff when I left the room, to confirm they were going to service the room. I was told yes. I was highly disappointed when I returned that night and no one serviced the room. Towels were dirty, bed was not made. When I called the front desk, I was told I have to request room service. I was upset, because I've never had to request room service before, it was always provided; but it just so happened I spoke with the crew and it still was not provided. My last visit was not my best experience.
