Didn’t provide what it promised

Liked: The location was good. It was clean
Disliked: The TV remote didn’t work. We called for a new one, that didn’t work either and the receptionist told us it was a problem with several rooms.

overall a nice stay.

Liked: location was excellent. Room was spacious with everything you need inside. Parking is super and personnel is friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok, but not great. The invoice was confusing, but maybe also caused by me and college. (I paid for his stay also, but only booked for him)

Liked: Loved the suite!!!
Disliked: The breakfast wouldld have been great but they ran out of most of the breakfast choicesby 8:30 would not put any more out. Also slow at replacing coffee.

Disliked: our reservation was mixed up for the weekend and the front desk gave a new guest a key to our room when we were still staying there. There was a note in our room that it was supposed to be vacant. This was troubling since I could've been in the room when it was opened? Also our belongings could've been stolen. Very concerning.

I will be back next...

Liked: Breakfast was just okay. The location was perfect for what we were doing.
Disliked: I can't think of anything bad to say. The beds were very comfortable.And wish we could have spent more time in West Lafayette.
