Great place to stay in KC. Close to the action.

Liked: Gorgeous hotel. Great staff. Awesome room. Good breakfast. Close to our venue.
Disliked: We didn't get a welcome bag when others checking in did. No tub.

Great hotel; great price. We walked to the Sprint Center and did not have to mess with traffic.

Liked: Nice and clean.
Disliked: Nothing.

This hotel was awesome, if...

Liked: The laundry on sight was amazing and so was breakfast each day. The cook was amazing and friendly. The staff went above and beyond with anything we needed.
Disliked: Nothing we liked everything about our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations and was great. If we had to stay anywhere else in Kansas City again this would be it.

Liked: Location was awesome. Easy access to everything!
Disliked: I was hard to check in. We arrive around 8:30 PM and coulln't get in the downstairs down to get in. Had to wait until someone was leaving.

Liked: We were in a great location, and used the street car! It was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn’t that great at all.

Disliked: My room wasn’t clean. Long dark hairs in the bathroom. Shower curtain was dirty and didn’t fit the shower very well. The bathroom was mainly the problem. Toilet was dirty. Towels were very crunchy. Washcloth was stained. The floor was dirty. Very hard to find a door to check in.
