Pleasant, comfortable and clean.

Liked: The staff was unprepared for the number of guests eating that morning....out of most everything at 830 -845. Coffee empty, eggs gone, no real options for those with specific food allergies/preferences. There was a large group of high school age guests with parents and family members. Regular Coffee was gone, as well as oatmeal, eggs, bagels. It just seemed as though there was no anticipation of amount of food that would be needed.
Disliked: Food service as described above.

Mostly great!

Liked: Comfortable rooms and beds. BR was very nice. We had a lot of fun in pool!
Disliked: We found some evidence of poor vacuuming. It did not appear that all storage was checked as items found from previous occupants. I overheard clerk talking to someone on phone looking for lost item. Thorough checks of all cabinets may have ensured item had been found. Eggs were only protein option at breakfast... it would have been nice to have sausage or bacon! Otherwise, good meal!

Disliked: The parking garage gate didn't work with my key card and asked for help each time leaving. Breakfast and coffee wasn't out but it was at the Hilton connected instead?

Liked: Convenient location right next to Amtrak Train Station.
Disliked: The thermostat was a problem keeping on heat mode, it kept going to a/c cooling mode.

A little rough

Liked: Free breakfeast comfortable room. Close walking distance to downtown activity.
Disliked: Its is odd that this is a Hilton property just behind another Hilton property. Water failure each morning of Dec 31st and again no water in am Jan1. Reported it to the front desk. Once water was restored on Jan 1st outage 2hrs later, it came out disgusting yellow w much sediment. Who w shower, drink or even brush teeth w that? No explanation from staff. Main dish sink in our room drained very slowly as the sink disposal did not work so water drained poorly. Housekeepers collected all trash on Dec 31st from our 5th floor but left all full garbage bags piled at hall elevator areas for >24 hours. Kind of messy for a Hilton property. Parking in garage. $20/day is ok but VERY CLUMSY FRUSTRATING KEY CARD/ parking ticket system. Key card should suffice, instead of 2 step key card/ parking ticket aggravating arrangement.
