I really enjoyed my stay...

Liked: Breakfast was great. Had a lot of options for everyone. Employees kept the area picked up too.
Disliked: It would be nice if there was a couple more tables for people to sit and eat breakfast at.

Came to Kalamazoon exclusively to...

Liked: Would give breakfast a C + . didn't seem to be an attendant nearby monitoring consumption. 2 containers of coffee were the same and they were both out when I came around 8:30. I think just having someone visible at all times even if just a short swing through the dining room. Eggs were luke warm and I probably took the last portion.
Disliked: See above.

Comfortable but billing problems

Liked: Large size of the room
Disliked: There were billing problems and despite spending time at check-in to correct the problem, we were over-charged for our stay and had to request a refund.
