Liked: It was clean and the room was spacious.
Disliked: There was a staff member by the name of Max that was being very, very rude to someone on the phone while I was checking in. Just the day before I had called about my reservation and I talked to Max. He was EXTREMELY rude to me on the phone. It was reported to me by many other people that I know, who were staying there as well, that they dealt with Max and had the exact same experience.

Liked: They were kind enough to get our bags together since we didn’t stay in the hotel. My husband was dying in the hospital. The nurses said he would be gone by the 26th. We thought we would be able to get a room to sleep but we stayed by his side until the 28th.
Disliked: Constantly being called about checking out when I already told them and I felt I should have received a discount since we were not there.
