Liked: The ac in my room didn’t work when I told the front desk they could do anything about it not even change me to a different room and the beds where so uncomfortable you could feel the springs

Liked: I had booked a room with 2 queen beds but was given a room with 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed. Since we were a part of 4, 2 of us had to sleep on the sofa bed which was very uncomfortable. Also since the tariff for the 1 king bed room was lower, i expect the difference to be refunded to me.
Disliked: Being short changed on the type of room being booked by me. 2 of us needed to sleep on the sofa bed which was not very comfortable.

Liked: I like Vinny, who helped us when my room TV did not have access to the internet. He was very prompt and fixed my issue once he was made aware. I wanted to watch my Netflix.
Disliked: To notify customers if the TV doesn't have access to the internet since Hurricane Beryl hit in July 2024

Nice stay.

Liked: Service was great. Breakfast was great. Beds were comfy. The Netflix wasn’t working so we were a bit disappointed in that but overall it was a good stay.
Disliked: Streaming apps could have worked.
