This was my first time staying in Houston and let me say, this was such an amazing stay. The area was very quiet; the staff was kind and amazing. My room was big with ample space; the space was clean. I was very shocked about the fridge, microwave and all the additional things in my room. The breakfast was very amazing - best I've had honestly. If I ever come back to Houston I will be stay here again!

Liked: Close to lots of food choices and entertainment, free breakfast and free laundry machines and service pet friendly, friendly staff, well maintained public areas
Disliked: Shower was not properly cleaned in 1 of the 2 rooms, limited cereal supply at breakfast (how do they not have more when the dispenser holds very small amounts), bed was made with bed skirt and no comforter (so random) Had to ask the front desk for a comforter

Disliked: Check in was super slow. Super sweet lady but took forever for one person to check in.

Disliked: The breakfast timings, 6:30-9 am on weekdays & 6:30 -10 am on weekends. It’s as if they are trying to save on it.

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton. The location is great, the room we stayed in was very large with a comfortable bed and a kitchen with microwave, plates, cutlery, etc. The breakfast was very good and filling. The staff was very friendly and responsive to our needs. They have a very nice laundry room and gym. I would highly recommend this motel. There is only one aspect that is unusual; not a negative, but unusual. That is that the rooms only come with 1 King bed. There are no more options for multiple beds. They do have sleeper sofas though. The rooms are very competively priced for what you get.

Disliked: We waited more than half an hour outside the door of the lobby at night, calling the telephone in the lobby (we could hear it), calling through the interphone outside the entrance door (nobody never answered), trying to unlock electronically with our room key on the sensor (according to the instructions posted there), knocking at the glass door. Nobody was in the lobby. Eventually, I had to yell at the door several times. Someone finally came from the kitchen and opened the door. The employee said we should go to the service door around the corner and use our room key. How could we guess it without a sign telling us?
