Disliked: Booked for three people and kept on having to go downstairs for enough towels and linens for pull out sofa.

Overall okay

Liked: It was convenient getting back and forth to NRG stadium.
Disliked: The room was okay. The beds sheets had a mildew smell to them. No one ever came to give us fresh towels or tidy up our room. Staff didn’t greet us as walked in the door. The electricity went out while we were there in the middle of the night , made it a little uncomfortable. I know it was out of the hotels hands, but I figured the hotel would have had a back up generator.

The property was nice, great...

Liked: The breakfast was fantastic, with an excellent choice of items to choose from, breakfast items ranged from cereal to hot items, with a variety of fresh fruits to select from.
Disliked: Our stay was interrupted by dogs (3) barking all night, every time we or someone else walked down the hallway or got off the elevator, the dogs' tirade of barking was incessant, this caused us to oversleep, and we ended up arriving late for a family gathering.
