Nice enough but disappointing to...

Liked: Put in a room next to the elevators. There was lots of noise through the night. We asked to be moved but were told it was full. I doubt this as we saw very few others.

It wasn't the best start...

Liked: I liked how there was kitchen facilities in our room in case we wanted to use them. The location was easy to find. The breakfast was decent in the morning. There were plenty of parking spaces.
Disliked: We were suppose to be able to check in at 3 pm. Our rooms weren't ready until another hour and a half. When I asked when the rest of our rooms would be ready, the front staff came off as a little rude and said that they were still cleaning the rooms. If he would have said it a little differently, I wouldn't have been as irritated. We had travelled a long distance and were wanting to get into the rooms and rest. Refreshments could have been offered while we waited, or even just a little more kindness.

Liked: The night shift front desk person fixed a major issue for us.
Disliked: When we checked in in the afternoon, the room we had selected online was not ready so we were offered a different room. The new room room was great. Late in the evening someone was able to open our door using a key card, luckily we had the security lock engaged. A few minutes later we got a call from the front desk wanting to know who we were and how we were in that room. We found out that the day shirt front desk person never noted us in this new room and so the room was given to another guest and key cards for that room were provided. That was a very unnerving experience, to have someone open you door with a key, could have been a very dangerous situation had we been sleeping or had not had that security lock engaged.
